Body Peace (TM) is a groundbreaking 8 week course which offers both yoga and therapy to bring you ease and comfort in your body, working across all mediums (video, workbooks, online support) to revolutionize the way you think about your body. It is a non-diet and HAES (TM) based program.

Sarah Harry is one of Australia’s leading Body Image and Eating Disorder specialists. Her roles in this field are varied and she offers a unique perspective as an experienced Clinician, Lecturer, Researcher, Yoga Teacher and Author. She is the co-director of Body Positive Australia alongside the amazing Fiona Sutherland.

Sarah was the first yogi in Australia to offer yoga for bigger bodies. She has practised yoga for more than 20 years and has been running specialist classes and retreats for the last few years all over Australia.

Sarah has more than 15 years’ experience counselling individuals and groups with all kinds of eating and body image issues, she has worked in the public and private sectors, lectures at universities and has just published her first book "Fat Yoga - Yoga for All Bodies"

Can I pay for my course in installments?
Yes! Both the Diamond and the VIP program have an option (just click the one you want) of paying all at once or by 3 installments!
When does the course start and finish?
The course is run over 8 weeks, several times a year. You will receive your "weekly pack' every week to work though at your own pace. It will start when you pay for your course (or first installment) but the Facebook live/Facebook Group won't kick in for another week!
How long do I have access to the course?
How does lifetime access sound? After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this course for as long as you like - across any and all devices you own.
What can I expect in this course?
There are 15 professionally shot videos, a workbook for each week, 3 yoga classes which are also broken down into modules so you can do a 10 minute practice or meditation or a hours class, completely fitting in with your life and the time you have available. There are also 3 downloadable audio meditations. If you have bought the option with the Facebook Live component then you will have access to ask Sarah any questions you have on each week as we go. A private Facebook group will also be set up so we can support each other in the journey to Body Peace.
