I have really enjoyed making this professional set with my freind Lucia our filmaker!

Sarah was the first yogi in Australia to offer yoga for bigger bodies. She has practised yoga for more than 20 years and has been running specialist classes and retreats for the last few years all over Australia.

Sarah is the author of the book "Fat Yoga, Yoga for All Bodies" published in 2017.

Her classes are for most levels, but also incorporate modifications for many common injuries like knees or lower back pain. The classes are body positive and do not involve much "up and down" off the floor (just once!)

Even if you can't do "downward dog" this is the class for you! We have "Wall Dog" which is a wonderful choice.
